Zzimba Online ("we", "us", "our") is operated by The Engineering Marksmen Limited, a private limited liability company registered in the Republic of Uganda (registration No. 206761) with its registered address at P.O. Box 129572, Kampala, Uganda.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you visit zzimbaonline.com, create an account, sign in with a third-party provider, request quotes, place orders, or otherwise interact with our marketplace and services.

By using Zzimba Online you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with how we handle your information, please do not use our services.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of our services, and information from trusted third parties such as authentication providers and payment processors.

To make sign-up faster and more secure, Zzimba Online offers sign-in with Google. When you choose to sign in with Google, you are redirected to Google's consent screen where you decide whether to grant us access to specific information.

Revoking access

You can revoke Zzimba Online's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access does not delete your Zzimba Online account; to do that, follow the instructions in section 10.

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve Zzimba Online and to deliver the services you have requested. Specifically:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate sign-in attempts.
• Process orders, quotes, and deliveries, and facilitate payments through our partners.

• Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• Personalise your experience, including showing relevant materials and remembering your preferences.
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access to accounts.

• Vendors and fulfilment partners: when you place an order or request a quote, we share the details needed to fulfil that request (such as your name, delivery address, phone number, and order specifics) with the relevant vendor or delivery partner.
• Payment processors: Mobile Money operators, banks, and licensed payment service providers process transactions on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
• Service providers: trusted vendors that help us run the platform (hosting, email delivery, SMS, analytics, customer support tooling) under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Zzimba Online, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred subject to equivalent privacy protections.
